唐朝仕女穿越變甜點,還有故宮國寶翠玉白菜可以吃?!

這間「故宮晶華」鄰近捷運士林站1號出口,轉搭乘紅30、255、304、18、19號公車均可到達,是台北故宮博物院園區中由晶華酒店集團開設的精緻中式餐廳。

Tang Dynasty ladies have become desserts, and you can even eat the Palace Museum's national treasure, the Jadeite Cabbage?!

This "Silks Palace At National Palace Museum" is located near Exit 1 of Shilin Station on the MRT in Taiwan. You can reach it by taking the Red 30, 255, 304, 18, or 19 buses. It's a refined Chinese restaurant in the Taipei National Palace Museum area, operated by the Silks Hotel Group.

餐廳環境優雅別緻,很適合家族聚餐、宴會或是約會,座位空間也非常寬敞,每桌都會配置專屬的點餐人員,用餐方式有單點、合菜、桌菜及晚間吃到飽,這次與友人中午前往用餐選擇單點。

The restaurant has an elegant and exquisite environment, making it suitable for family gatherings, banquets, or dates. The seating space is also very spacious, with dedicated staff assigned to each table for ordering. Dining options include à la carte, set menus, table dishes, and an evening buffet. This time, I went for lunch with friends and chose to order à la carte.

千絲乳酪炸蝦球 $120 (3個)

光外觀就超吸睛的千絲乳酪炸蝦球,使用唐楊炸雞的作法將乳酪以絲狀包裹蝦球油炸,口感外酥內Q之外,還能吃到乳酪絲的酥炸香氣與蝦球的鮮甜。

Cheese-threaded Fried Shrimp Balls NT$120 (3 pieces)

The visually striking cheese-threaded fried shrimp balls, using the Tang Yang fried chicken method, have cheese threads wrapped around the shrimp balls and deep-fried.  The texture is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and you can also taste the crispy aroma of the cheese threads and the sweetness of the shrimp.

金牌乳豬件 $980

據說燒乳豬料理由西周時代就被廣為流傳,是滿漢全席菜色中不可或缺的佳餚之一,乳豬上層外皮烤至恰恰酥脆,肉質部分則是軟嫩多汁,雖然油脂較多,但也豐富其豬肉鹹香,好吃推薦!!

BBQ Suckling Pig NT$980

The roasted suckling pig is said to have been widely circulated since the Western Zhou Dynasty and is one of the essential dishes in the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast. The skin of the pig is roasted to a perfect crisp, while the meat is tender and juicy. Although it has a higher fat content, this richness enhances the savory flavor of the pork. Highly recommended for its deliciousness.

黃金叉燒酥 $150 (3個)

使用台灣嚴選豚肉製作內餡的叉燒酥,外層千層酥香,再塗上黃油與芝麻點綴,讓入口後有著先酥香後鹹甜的風味。

BBQ Pork Pastry NT$150 (3 pieces)

Made with carefully selected Taiwanese pork for the filling, the BBQ Pork Pastry puff features a flaky, layered crust, brushed with butter and sprinkled with sesame, offering a flavor that is first fragrant and then savory-sweet upon entering the mouth.

水晶蝦餃皇 $220 (4個)

點心部分不能沒有蝦餃,這裡的蝦餃超級真材實料,薄嫩的水晶外皮包覆飽滿的鮮蝦,每顆都碩大有料,口口都能滿足口腹之慾,愛吃蝦餃的不能錯過。

Steamed Shrimp Dumplings NT$220 (4 pieces)

No dim sum selection is complete without shrimp dumplings. Here, the shrimp dumplings are made with high-quality ingredients, featuring a thin, tender skin that encases plump, fresh shrimp. Each dumpling is large and filled, satisfying every bite. If you love shrimp dumplings, this is a must-try.

唐朝仕女包 $120

唐朝仕女包真的非常別緻,完美的還原唐朝女子妝髮與視覺形象,口味隨機多樣有芝麻、豆沙、奶皇等,我們吃到類似綠豆椪內餡的,上桌時真的會讓人捨不得吃,這道拍照必點。

Ladies of Tang Dynasty NT$120

The Ladies of Tang Dynasty is truly exquisite, perfectly recreating the makeup and visual image of women from the Tang Dynasty. The flavors are varied and include sesame, red bean paste, and custard, among others. The one we tried had a filling similar to mung bean cake, and it really looks too beautiful to eat when served. This is a must-order for photography.

最後是友人心心念念的多寶格御點集,一次可以吃到肉形石、翠玉白菜、仙桃等文物國寶具象甜品,也是拍照必點!!

Classic Desserts in Chinese Curio Box NT$680

The highly anticipated Classic Desserts in Chinese Curio Box features delectable representations of cultural relics like the Meat-Shaped Stone, Jadeite Cabbage, and Peach. It's a must-order for photography, too.

翠玉白菜的部分是豆沙麻糬,口感Q彈帶有紅豆沙香氣,是飯後嘴饞良品,這外觀真的可以欣賞很久。

The Jadeite Cabbage dish is a sweet red bean paste mochi with a chewy texture and a delightful red bean aroma. It's a perfect treat after a meal and a dish that's pleasing to the eye, inviting you to linger over it.

糖不甩也是港粵華夏民族必不可少的甜品,使用花生粉、糯米、芝麻、黃糖粉製作,內餡是更厚實的豆沙餡,適中不甜膩的口味,口口都讓人心情愉悅。

Tang Bu Shuai is an essential dessert in Cantonese and Chinese culture, made with peanut powder, glutinous rice, sesame, and brown sugar. The filling is a richer red bean paste, with a balanced sweetness that is not overly cloying, making every bite a delightful experience.

整體而言

故宮晶華無論餐食、環境與服務都是用心出眾,無論是家族有長輩聚餐,或是有外國友人來訪,來此用餐都不失裡子與面子,加上與歷史文物國寶的外觀巧思,絕對是逛完故宮、看完展後,絕佳的用餐地點。

Overall, Silks Palace At National Palace Museum excels in its food, environment, and service. Whether it's a family gathering with elders or entertaining foreign friends, dining here ensures both substance and prestige. Coupled with its thoughtful design that reflects historical artifacts and national treasures, it is undoubtedly an excellent dining spot after visiting the Palace Museum and viewing the exhibitions.
